MY FIRST LYRIC VIDEO!!

⁣Video Games In The Basement” is dedicated to one of my best friends who I grew up with and all we did was chill in his basement and play video games. Life was simple then. Most times I’d enjoy being under a blanket(or my big puffy polo coat I had) and just watch him play. Even to this day I enjoy hopping on YouTube and watching people play video games. Especially ones I struggled with growing up. I don’t get the satisfaction of beating it myself but seeing someone complete the game at world record speeds fascinates me. I created this song for the video game lovers who grew up with their friends like me and stayed up all night eyes glued to the tv. These are times I always look back on and want to relive those moments. As kids most want to grow up fast and be adults but I never did. I knew the real world wasn’t escapable but I did my best to try. Thank you Drew for being a great friend and always being there for me. You were a big part of my childhood and a big reason why I got to play so many video games and listen to a variety of music. Hope you enjoy this and I’ll see you soon for our next game 🎮
